You may have noticed some changes to London City recently. In this bizarre virtual world we inhabit, it is more cost effective to buy a region than to move one.
For an estate to remain on the cutting edge, it is important to move with the times, update the rolling stock and to be consumer driven.
Unfortunately for us, London City was blocked by a gaming region which meant expanding to the West was always going to be a costly manoeuvre. So last week we moved London City to a new location on the map, to facilitate the redevelopment of the estate.
Moving regions and paying tier whilst we flatten and rebuild them, does not make sense to us, so we have adopted the approach of building on a region by region basis from the ground up.
We are now in the process of remodelling, with a central community region with shops and clubs and secondary regions to serve a whole host of areas we have not provided for before.
