This will not come as a surprise to the astute regulars at London City. We were moved into the cloud two weeks ago.
We kept it quiet because we wanted to know about any issues out of the ordinary that we should report back to the Lab. As we are sure you are aware, making this known early on, could have resulted in a lot of erroneous errors being reported, which are nothing to do with the cloud system.
What we know so far about our life in the cloud is that the region's performance and general health is exceptional and out performs the non-cloud regions.
We are actively feeding-back to the developers and they are working tirelessly behind the scenes to get the whole system perfect, with a challenging end of year target.
A couple of problem things you may have noticed during our testing is, profiles being slow to load, teleport in/out issues, and sometimes failing to attach a Hud or clothing when changing outfits in London City.
To workaround these issues, if teleport fails, walk into one of our connecting regions and try again, and the same with changing clothes. It has never been a great idea to change outfits in a very busy region, so walking across to one of our others, is best practice anyway.
These issues are being worked on, and it is why we wanted to help with the testing phase.
We hope this answers your questions.
