    -   Annoyance: Conference calls
    -   Concerts; dancing cars and horses breaks ambiance.
    -   Removed adboards rule, it is included in the adboard itself.
    -   Rentals Saturation: amalgamation of prims.
    -   Various rephrasing for clarity.
