So here comes 3 days of Weekend, or 4 if you wiggled it a bit and added to the Friday or Monday too.
Although the real life weather is looking more than a little bit crappy, with the odd hurricane, and some electrical storms thrown in for good measure, you can rest assured that the sun is still shining in London City.
Starting Friday, we have four days of weekend with all the clubs partying hard. Immerse yourself in the virtual sunshine with us, grab a beer and lets party!

Dolly Parton, Saturday

Dolly Parton, was terribly poor for the first six minutes of her life, and then became wealthy beyond the dreams of Avarice for the next 70 years, but hasn't lost touch with her humble beginnings.
Partly because no one wants to hear songs about a billionaire with tax return problems, when poor and broken hearted sells better. Dolly has endured over the years by reinventing her image over and over.
Come party with us on Saturday from 12pm SL (8pm UK) with the concert an hour later at 1pm SL.

Johnny Cash on Saturday

The American singer-songwriter was one of the top selling music artists of all time, selling more than 90 million records worldwide.
Drug and alcohol abuse featured prominently in his early career until he met and fell in love with June Carter, who was independently famous as part of the bible singing Carter Family. Cash said he had an epiphany when meeting Carter and his devotion for her made him clean up his habits and embrace the teachings of the Lord. (Everyone say Hallelujah!)
Johnny Cash is best know for songs, Hurt, A Boy Named Sue, Ghost-riders, Folsom Prison Blues, Ring of Fire, When The Man Comes Around, Jackson and Walk The Line.
He is appearing on Saturday and you are invited to spend some time with this great icon.
The party starts at 12pm SLT (8pm UK), with the concert an hour later at 1pm SLT.

It's like a heatwave...
Join our famous drag artist couple, Bailey and CoffeeQueen today for Substation in the London Subway from 11am SLT (7pm UK) for some more retro music and a good gossip about who's doing what with whom, as we collectively stick-it-out in this monstrous heatwave that has engulfed the UK.
Then at 1pm SLT, hope on over to the beach with Katty, who will be cooling you down with some summer breeze music and some dodgy cocktails.
Here are some pictures from Emmylou last night..

Emmylou Harris Concert

Back in the 60s she was spotted by Gram Parsons who recognized her special talent of introducing harmonies that the song writers had overlooked. After Gram's untimely and bizarre death, Emmylou went solo and carved her own career.
She has recorded with Bob Dylan, John Denver, Dolly Parton, Linda Ronstadt, Roy Orbison, Neil Young and most recently toured with Mark Knopfler.
In 1995 she diverged from country for a new Indy-style sound for her album "Wrecking Ball", which was panned by critics as career suicide, and yet sold more then 5 million copies. Since then Emmylou has periodically, continued to dip her toes into this unique style of music.
She went on to win 13 Grammy's and was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2008.
Emmylou Harris appears in London City on Saturday. The party begins at 12pm SL time (8pm UK) with the concert an hour later at 1pm SL time.

The weekend weather is on its way!

RL London Forecast |
This urgent newsflash is to remind you to get down to the off-licence or supermarket and stock up on essentials, such as beer, spirits, mixers and junk food. This weekend is going to be super-heated and you will need lots and lots of grog to remain hydrated and happy whilst you party with us in London City. Probably best to get some bottled water too, to wash it down with, even if it does taste like medicine.
