Second Life at 10

It's been ten years since Second Life started and I'm still waiting for my clothes to rez.

In its infancy, Second Life was a crude laggy, soupy and choppy 3D experience where nothing would rez and the viewers and regions would crash constantly.

Ten years later, we now have mesh.

But the main point is, we have this fantastic community that interacts with each other and builds all kinds of incredible creations, limited only by skill and imagination.

There is a birthday celebration on now, called SL10B and you can see the London City exhibit here:  http://slurl.com/secondlife/SL10B%20Mesmerize/187/162/22

Many Happy Returns to Second Life!
